* If FQPD in allowed quota:
- User can access the form without being limited by the number of queries of the form
- The form will not increase the number of queries
* If FQPD allowed quota exceeded, the query of the form will be counted as item (2)
* If FNPD allowed quota exceeded, you will not receive notifications from forms that exceeds the specified number of queries
* In a day, user can only use up to 3 devices/browsers to access the forms per account
2) Form query information:
* For each form, LinK gives you 500 queries (survey form is 1000) and 100Mbs storage, you can buy more queries or storage capacity.
* If the form's query count exceeds the maximum number of queries the user will not be able to access or receive notifications the form. (User has FQPD,FNPD in allowed quota still access/receive normally)
* The query is counted when one of the following actions is performed:
- Loading form: +1
- Mail merge, security functions: +1
- Save form config: +1
- Loading records: For each records loading action (up to 1000 records) the number of queries will increase by 1. For example: Loading 2000 rows of data, the number of queries is 2
- Add/edit/delete record:+1 (* If the record has file attachment, the number of queries will increase by 1 for each file). For example: Submit a record with 3 attachments, the number of queries is 4
- Push notification: + number of users (basic level) to receive notifications. Example: Need to push notification to 10 users, including 3 basic users, the number of queries is 3
*If BOT is used in the form then queries from BOT will be counted as a basic account (free)
3) Summary:
* Users can access/receive form notifications when one of the following conditions is met:
- User is VIP level
- User is Plus or Premium level and FQPD, FNPD is within allowable limits
- The form still has queries
